Our basic cost structure is detailed on the left. We will work with you to determine your needs, wants and desires before you pay a dime. Once we have agreed upon the direction you're looking for, we'll proceed to develop a preliminary design. After the preliminary design is complete and we have your approval of concept, we will complete the page or site design and either up load it to your web site location or supply the complete site to you in electronic format.

The total cost involved in creating a web presence can be a complicated matter. Your site design might contain any number of features which can increase the difficulty involved in the site's construction. To eliminate any confusion over cost, every site that we design is individually bid based upon our contact and conversations with you. If you already have a web site and just want it updated, we'll be happy to review your site and make suggestions or recommendations.

Web page designs can contain dozens of special features that can enhance the users experience. Here is a sample of some of the special features that can be included in your web page or site design.

Each of these features can run up the cost of a web page on what appears to be even the simplest project design. We'll be happy to assist you in determining which of these special features might be useful on your site and on each page. Once everything is defined, we can give you the project cost estimate.

The number of pages a web site contains is a crucial piece of the puzzle in designing a site and also in the bidding process. A site can range from a single page to dozens or even hundreds of pages. The size of your site will be determined by your objectives and goals.

Sites that consist of basic text can be created more quickly but can also be boring to view. Sites with a more sophisticated "look" will take more time to create and will keep the viewer interested. Each page in a site can have navigation bars, buttons, header and footer graphics, pictures and text, all of which must be attractively and effectively arranged. We use only "Web Safe Colors" in our site designs, which means your site will look good on Macintosh as well as Windows web browsers. We strive to create perfectly balanced sites that offer the user easy access to your information.

If you don't really know what you want in a web site we will be happy to create sample sites consisting of a few pages. Each sample site will contain sample text, graphics and demonstrate navigational aids. The total number of sample site is up to you.

 

If you're new to the web and your not sure what kind of look you want, one of the best things you can do is surf around. Make notes about what you like and don't like. We'll work with you to incorporate your tastes into your final site design.

Visit other sites and look at the different kinds of links and features they have on their sites and think about how relative they would be to your own. Would they add value to your site or if would they detract from it's content.

Once we have received all of the information we need about your proposed site we'll take some time to evaluate it and create a bid. We will e-mail you the bid so you can review it at your leisure.

If you accept our bid and the Terms and Conditions are acceptable you can move forward with the project by printing out the online contract and faxing it (signed) to our office. Design will begin once the terms and conditions pertaining to the payment of fees up front have been met. The project's time of completion will be stated in the email bid.

Each sample site will cost you $250.00 for us to create, but if you decide to utilize one of the sample sites we've created for you, we will apply half that cost toward your total finished project.
